21 Days for A New Awakening

The present condition of our nation demands united, decisive action. We need more than one positive election, more than one court decision, more than one good series of sermons, and more than one significant local church revival. We must experience a new national awakening.

• Only 17 percent of Americans attend church on any given Sunday.
• Moral failure among Christian leaders continues at a high level.
• America has become the third largest mission field in the world.

The fourth annual “21 Days for A New Awakening,” – a call for 21 days of national, corporate fasting -- will begin on Jan. 1, 2011.  Participants are asked to join in a season of personal as well as corporate repentance, humility and fasting during the three weeks.

 

Nation-wide prayer meetings, Cry Out America, are being held in all 3,141 counties in the United States on each Sept. 11th.  On this day when our country pauses to remember the greatest wake-up call in our generation – the terrorist’s attacks of Sept. 11, 2001 -- a new spiritual wake-up call is being issued. County courthouses are being used as the center point for Cry Out America where people are uniting together in prayer for a new awakening in their particular region.
